But, do bear in mind that each drug has its own list of specifications that can work in your favor and also against. So, take the medicine ONLY when a licensed physician or health expert recommends you.

Other treatments include changing your lifestyle and habits such as including exercise in your routine, scheduling naps during your day and taking extra care to maintain a regular undisturbed sleep schedule. Avoiding very heavy and greasy foods as well as alcohol helps in providing you with good and healthy sleep that can help you narcolepsy.
